Universal System Health Agent (USHA)
Avenda's USHA for Windows enhances NAP end point health inspection in Windows Vista and XP Service Pack 3. The dissolvable agent is also supported on all version of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2000 and Windows NT endpoints. The USHA provides for extensive, supplemental system health checking in conjunction with the most popular anti-virus, anti-spyware and personal firewall products in use today. In addition, the Avenda USHA can check the status of system services and for the existence of specified registry keys. And, it can also be configured to auto-remediate a quarantined endpoint.
Seamless Operation in the NAP Environment- Avenda Universal System Health Agent (USHA) is installable on Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows XP SP3 as an add-on to the Microsoft NAP client
- Avenda Universal System Health Validator (USHV) is installable as an add-on to Microsoft’s Network Policy Server (NPS)
- Anti-Virus Status - Ensure software is up-to-date and auto-remediate by triggering updates
- Anti-Spyware Status - Ensure software is up-to-date and auto-remediate by triggering updates
- Firewall Status - Verify status with auto-remediation
- Service Status - Check for different services that are running on the endpoint and auto-remediate by stopping or starting services
- Registry Checks - Scan for specified registry keys and auto-remediate by creating, deleting or modifying specified keys
